Requirement of 4 Commercial Washing Machines:

UniMac 130lb hard mount, 300 G-Force High Performance, UniLinc Touch Control, Fully Programmable, OPTispray Technology, No Soap Dispenser, Automatic Injection Only 440- 480V/50-60Hz/3Ph

10-year warranty on bearings, seals, frame, and cylinder shaft assembly 3-year warranty on all other parts

Install- Service Labor:

Includes removal and disposal of existing equipment. Delivery and installation of new equipment. The awarded Contractor shall complete all connections to existing utilities within 3ft.

The customer is to verify all correct utilities are in place before installation. The awarded Contractor will not alter any utilities. If additional supplies are needed to make connections, the awarded contractor will bill on a separate line item on the final invoice. The customer is responsible for any utility upgrades that may be needed. The awarded contractor is not responsible for the concrete condition as floor work may need to be done. The awarded contractor is not responsible for vibration issues. The awarded contractor will not perform any interior finish work on doors, jams, walls, trim, or bulkheads. The customer is responsible for providing access to and through the laundry room. If any doors, walls, or jams need to be removed, this will need to be done before the awarded Contractor's arrival.
