The document specifies performance metrics and reporting requirements that the selected provider must maintain throughout the contract period. Funding for this initiative comes through Washington County Health and Human Services budgeted resources allocated to the Behavioral Health Division. The contractor must demonstrate capacity to serve the target population, maintain appropriate licensure and certifications, and comply with state and federal regulations governing substance use disorder treatment services. The scope emphasizes coordination with emergency department staff, primary care providers, and community-based treatment facilities to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care. Documentation and data collection requirements are detailed to track service utilization, client outcomes, and program effectiveness throughout the five-year contract term.
