About this file

This document contains contract specifications and bidding requirements for the City of Stockbridge, Georgia's 2026 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grants (LMIG) Program project. The project involves the repair and resurfacing of approximately 7.8 miles of local roadways within the city limits. The contract documents establish specific bidding procedures, pricing structures, and performance requirements that contractors must follow. Funding for this project is derived from the LMIG Program, a state-administered assistance program for local governments in Georgia. Contractors must provide unit pricing for the materials and services required to execute the roadway repair and resurfacing work in accordance with all specifications outlined in the contract documents. All work must comply with applicable construction standards and the city's project requirements.

Each such request shall conform to the requirements of Paragraph 6.05 of the General Conditions. The burden of proof of the merit of the proposed item is upon Bidder.
