6. How far back do the legs kick back on the base?
- this can vary based on folding design
9. Do you want this painted gray? Or is just raw gray steel?
- Either is acceptable – required to be 11-gauge steel – it can be raw gray or painted gray over the steel
10. Do we have to fill out a SF-1449 for this or just an internal quote from our company to submit?
- You do not have to fill out a SF1449, a company quote with specification and measurements of proposed barriers is acceptable. You are required to fill out FAR 52.204-25 or 52.204-26 AND 252.204-7016 or 252.204-7018 as described in instructions to offers.
11. What would I use as the billing info for this?
- DFARS 252.232-7006 WAWF Clause pertains to this. All invoices will be made via PIEE/WAWF. Instructions will be in any subsequent the contract, at the time of award.
Specifications:
Dimensions - Top rung is 52” from the ground and 45-47” wide. Middle and bottom rungs are placed equidistant 12” below. Middle and sides allow shooters lateral stability if desired. Base length 52” width is 48” to allow for ground-based shooting positions if desired.

Versatile - Hinged to lay flat either forward or backward folding up and out of the way. Locking system with easy quick release design allows for single person set up and take down with no tools.
Portable - Lightweight design allows for easy portability while also remaining stable enough to not move during course of fire.
