STATEMENT OF WORK

LEASE OF PORTABLE STORAGE/OFFICE FOR WASH RACK EQUIPMENT

LUKE AFB

1. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: The contractor shall be regularly engaged in the service of providing portable offices/storage units and shall have suitable equipment for adequately delivering, servicing, and maintaining the unit at Luke AFB, Arizona.

2. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

a. Acceptable Range of Exterior Dimensions: Minimum dimensions: 30’ Length x 10’ Width.

Ground “container” style with no steps, not trailer style.

b. Interior shall include the following:

Drywall textured walls and ceiling.

Vinyl, tile/epoxy flooring – no carpet 1 door – 2 openable windows minimum (with dark tint or mini blinds) 4 power outlets minimum Proper lighting 1 data port minimum 1 fire extinguisher

c. Support equipment shall include the following:

Heating and Air Conditioning of appropriate size to support square footage and insulation of trailer.

Unit should be able to maintain temperature of 75 degrees year-round.

d. Available power: The government will provide primary power. (100A disconnect with 100A fuses) Contractor/sub-contractor will hook the office unit up to the available primary power.

The contractor will provide an installed panelboard with circuit breakers along with a fused safety disconnect (located on the external wall of the structure) and hook it up to the government’s primary power on the line side of the fused safety disconnect.

e. Contractor shall assume all liability and risk associated with the use of the units. This includes repair of damages due to accidents or weather.

3. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:

The contractor shall deliver unit to Luke AFB. It will be set on the concrete area between buildings 915 and 919 (aircraft wash rack) It will be picked up at end of contract term.

4. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:

Any maintenance required on the unit (mechanical or HVAC) will be scheduled within 24 hours of notification by COR and be completed within 3 business days.

5. SECURITY AND PERSONNEL ACCESS

a. Strict security and personnel access control shall be maintained. COR and contractor will coordinate meeting times at the south gate to get temporary pass for delivery and repair personnel.

b. Contractor personnel will need a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance. Security Forces will conduct a background check before temporary passes are issued.

c. Contractor personnel shall avoid restricted and controlled areas; unless work is to be accomplished in restricted and controlled area and all necessary coordination and pre-announcements have been made.
