STATEMENT OF WORK – MOBILE SECURITY SYSTEM
WASHINGTON WATER SCIENCE CENTER
FIELD SERVICES FACILITY AND REPAIR SHOP
With recent break-ins to the Washington Water Science Center (WAWSC) Field Services Facility, the Center is in immediate need of two mobile security systems in order to protect Federal property and avoid future damage and loss.
The WAWSC Field Services Facility is located at 8914 Lakeview Avenue SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. The property is approximately 150,000 square feet in a fully fenced location (see figure 1). The property consists of two large buildings:
1. Warehouse Building 20; 14,760 square feet (see figure 2)
2. Repair Shop Building 22; 5,494 square feet (see figure 3)
The mobile security systems should have the capability to monitor entrance of the buildings and vehicle bays.
Installation/Set-up: Installation and set-up of devices will be completed by vendor.
Training: Training on how to use the devices and how to gather the data will be provided by vendor.
Required features:
• System must be self-autonomous. Must not need to utilize on-site USGS internet or cloud network
• 360-degree view camera / panoramic camera
• Surveillance monitoring by vendor or vendor contracted 3rd party
• Two-way speaker
• Strobe light
• Flood light
• Device must be able to identify a breach in perimeter
• Real-time notification to USGS contact(s) and law enforcement
• 330 ft of IR illumination range
• 325 ft of human detection analytics
• 1920x1080 max stream resolution (optical)
• 180 degrees effective Hi-Res. Horizontal Field of View (FOV)
• 58 degrees Horizontal FOV
• Enable real-time alerts and custom notifications
• Store images and recordings to the cloud that are accessible for at least 90 days
• Control from your smartphone or laptop
