STATEMENT OF WORK

Fabricate and Deliver Surveillance Tower

1. SCOPE: Fabricate and deliver Surveillance Tower to the 60th Security Forces Squadron.

Delivery should be accomplished as soon as possible after the official purchase transaction has been completed. Tower must be attached to a towable trailer for ease of transport and be completely assembled upon delivery. As a minimum, this tower must be configured to be occupied by two personnel while elevated and positioned for operational employment.

The Surveillance Tower should be procured and deployed as soon as possible.

1.1 The vendor must fabricate and deliver the tower to Travis Air Force Base. No first‐ time builds will be accepted. Vendor will fabricate using their most current materials, plans, and equipment.

1.2 Vendor must comply with instructions specified with this SOW.

2. DELIVERY LOCATION: Deliver the Surveillance Tower to 711 Vandenberg Dr. Building 376, 60th Security Forces Squadron S4/Supply, Travis AFB, California, 94535.

2.1 Vendor will provide carrier tracking information and carrier contact information within 24 hours after Tower is loaded and shipped to Travis AFB.

2.2 Vendor will deliver to Bldg 376 during normal hours of operation, Monday‐Friday from 0730‐1630.

3. SURVEILLANCE TOWER REQUIREMENTS:

3.1 Must handle at a minimum two personnel in the cab while in operation.

3.2 Must be able to withstand 60 MPH winds.

3.3 Must be able to be deployed rapidly ( ̴90 seconds) for use by a single person with no steps or ladder to access the cab.

3.4 Must provide 360‐degree visibility.

3.5 Must be able to be operated by manually by personnel or operated remotely with wireless streaming and remote control.

3.6 Must include gas powered generator.

3.7 Must include FLIR PT 606 HD Thermal Continuous Zoom/CCD, 35 mm, NTSC PTZ Camera including NVR, or equal.

3.8 Must include 24” Monitor with Joystick integration.

3.9 Must include FLIR Day/Night All Weather Dual PTZ Cameras, or equal.

3.10 Must include (3) additional FLIR Day/IR Staring Cameras including integration, or equal.

3.11 Must include PA System.

3.12 Must include (2) Roof Mounted Spotlights.

3.13 Must be temperature/comfort‐controlled A/C and heat.

3.14 Must include DVR for evidence collection.

4. DELIVERY AND TRAINING

4.1 Vendor will provide the 60th SFS with detailed operations instructions and routine maintenance requirements.

4.2 60th SFS will ensure personnel will be onsite in Bldg 376 60th SFS/S4 Supply to receive tower on specified delivery date.

4.3 Vendor will promptly replace any missing or damaged parts that prevent final assembly of Tower.

4.4 60th SFS will ensure personnel are identified and at predesignated location to receive training from the vendor on Tower set‐up, systems, components, and operation.

5. WARRANTY/MAINTENANCE PLAN:

5.1 Vendor will provide 12 months parts & labor warranty on Tower and components.

5.2 Vendor will provide 12 months Service Maintenance Plan.

5.2 Vendor will promptly expedite warrantied parts/service to the 60th SFS.

5.2 Warranty start date will commence upon documented delivery to the 60th SFS.
