About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to procure four (4) low-speed vehicles (LSVs) for use at Sector Guam. The SOW specifies that the required LSVs must be Electric Truck Golf Car 4 Seater LSV 60v Coco Truck Golf Carts with AC and Heat. The purpose is to provide personnel and equipment transportation on the base and pier, as the current lack of suitable vehicles is causing inefficiency and increased risk of heat-related illness.
The SOW outlines three main tasks: 1) Purchasing the LSVs from an authorized dealer/distributor, 2) Coordinating shipping and delivery to USCG Base Guam, and 3) Inspection and acceptance of the vehicles by USCG personnel. The contractor must be a certified dealer for the specified LSV model. The period of performance begins upon contract award, with a delivery schedule provided to the USCG Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative. The SOW also includes details on intellectual property rights, Section 508 compliance, and government acceptance procedures.
