3D Printer Installation and Training

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1.0 BACKGROUND

The requiring activity is the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Unmanned & Expeditionary Weapon Systems Division (NSWCDD Code H) Weapon Control Hardware (NSWCDD Code H44), Battle Management Systems (BMS) program. BMS requires Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard installation of the PostPro3D mini printer systems with functionality test and training on the usage of the system.

2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard Manual included with the hardware purchase.

3.0 REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The contractor shall coordinate with the Government Point of Contact (POC) at time of system delivery to Dahlgren and establish installation and training completion within a sixty (60) day period.

3.2 The contractor shall provide proper installation of the new system at Dahlgren.

3.3 The contractor shall protect test the functionality of the equipment after installation and get Government concurrence as to the proper functionality of the unit.

3.4 The contractor shall provide training to the Government Point of Contact (POC) in all aspects of utilizing the equipment properly.

3.5 The contractor shall have a minimum of one (1) Engineer travel to Dahlgren, VA for one (1) day to support this system installation and training.

3.6 The contractor shall provide and transport required tooling for proper installation of the equipment.

3.7 All contractor personnel shall maintain social distancing and wear a facemask at all times while onsite at the NSWCDD base until notified otherwise by the government.

3.8 The contractor shall clean up any resulting debris in direct result of the installation process to Government POC standards.

4.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The contractor shall complete the installation and training within sixty (60) days of Dahlgren’s receipt of product.

6.0 SECURITY

The work to be performed under this contract is unclassified.

7.0 TRAVEL

The contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The following travel is anticipated:
