This should employ a variety of formats, from real time sessions, asynchronous drop off sessions, and one-time appointments focusing on a single student support to long-term assistance in a particular course of study. While tutoring programs differ in scope and arrangements across levels of education, the needs of USMMA’s STEM based Higher Education program an emphasis needs to be placed on the need for a program that is readily available to students not only in-residence but those learning as part of their sea year experience that is not found in liberal arts programs. A professional tutoring program is sought to review the multilayer internal and external limitations placed on a STEM College program that can help not only provide the initial intervention but also reporting and analyzation level. The first-year college success rate is deeply rooted in the success of students in terms of the general education Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, writing, test taking and time management skill sets. Tutoring program shall support students during student availability (not adjunct faculty availability) in a rigid academic, athletic, and regimental program. • MATH100 Calculus with Trigonometry and Algebra Support

• MATH101 Calculus I

• MATH210 Business Statistics

• MATH215 Engineering Statistics

• MATH240 Differential Equations and Linear Algebra

• MATH305 Calculus III

• PHYS110 Physics I

• PHYS120 Physics II

• PHYS230 Physics III

• CHEM100 General Chemistry

• CHEM210 Chem for Engineers

• COMP105 Computer Programming

• ECEE100 Intro the Electronics
