The SOW defines requirements for the production and delivery of 16 radio frequency amplifier components serving as form, fit, and function replacements for amplifiers used in AN/ALQ-184 and AN/ALQ-161 systems. The specific components required include: two amplifiers (P/N: ALO/180-7536-11), two amplifiers (P/N: APW/105-2218-269), three amplifiers (P/N: APW/054-2427-269), two amplifiers (P/N: APW/052-2618-269), and seven amplifiers (P/M: APW/055-3346-269). The contractor must manufacture, inspect, test, package, and deliver components in accordance with component specifications including G275706 (Amplifier, Microwave, GaAs FET), 435420 (Eaton Amplifier, RF), 435365 (Eaton Amplifier, RF), and related technical documents. NSWC Crane reserves the right to perform certification testing on all components at its discretion.

The contractor must establish and maintain a quality assurance program compliant with ISO 9003 standards, including program management, configuration control, and contractor data maintenance at the facility. An acceptance test must be performed on each component per specifications G275706, 435420, 435365, and 89 TPA 99 3778, with paper copies of acceptance test data provided with each delivery and electronic copies (PDF format) submitted to NSWC Crane's engineering representative as CDRL A001 (DID: DI-NDTI-80809B). The contractor must allow periodic facility visits by NSWC Crane personnel at no additional cost, maintain configuration control with no changes permitted without written approval, and package components according to good commercial practices. The contract requires contractor access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and classified information with dissemination to other contractors performing REAM tasking as directed. The technical point of contact is Kimberly Christenberry, Requiring Technical Agent, at 812-854-3326 or Kimberly.k.christenberry@us.navy.mil.
