This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the refurbishment of AN/SPQ-9B Array Panel Brazement assemblies, dated 07 October 2025. The contractor must refurbish two array panel brazements—Part Number 812R043G01 (Qty 1) and 812R043G03 (Qty 1)—which are radiating surface components of the AN/SPQ-9B Radar Antenna System. The refurbishment shall return the parts to like-new condition by removing mylar film, cleaning corrosion, applying re-conversion coating to sanded spots, reapplying mylar film, and cleaning waveguide channels with paint rework as required. All materials, paint, coatings, and primers must comply with Drawing Number 812R043 specifications. The contractor must furnish all equipment, parts, materials, and labor necessary for the work, as the Government will not provide repair parts or materials.
The contractor is required to perform all quality testing per Drawing Number 812R043 and must maintain an ISO 9001-2008 compliant quality program or equivalent that includes critical process monitoring, continuous improvement mechanisms, performance feedback, and root cause analysis systems. All critical or high-risk materials must be obtained from authorized sources or suppliers meeting counterfeit avoidance criteria per SAE standards; instances of counterfeit material must be reported to the Contracting Officer and GIDEP. The contractor shall provide monthly Government Furnished Property (GFP) inventory reports compliant with DFARS requirements. Refurbished assemblies must be delivered to the Government within eight weeks after completion, with inspection and acceptance conducted at destination by the Government Quality Acceptance Representative. Work is unclassified and may be performed at the prime contractor's facility or designated subcontractor facilities.
