280th Software Engineering Squadron (SWES)

15 July 2024

1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 Scope

The 581st Software Engineering Squadron (SWES) has a requirement to make modifications and repairs to Building 640 Conference room.

2.0 SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

2.1 Program and Engineering Management

All contractor tasks and requirements covered by this document shall be coordinated with the 581st SWES team. Overall responsibility and approval of any changes to the contract or attachments resides with the Primary Contracting Officer (PCO).

2.2 Contract Management

Overall responsibility and approval reside with the PCO. No conversation, recommendation, or direction, whether given directly or implied by Government personnel or representative, that will affect the scope, schedule, or price of the program covered by this SOW, shall be acted upon by the contractor unless specifically directed in writing by the PCO.

3.0 CONTRACTOR TASKING AND REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The contractor shall plan, direct, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and control contractor tasks specified in this SOW. The contractor shall notify the PCO, by email, of any management problems requiring Government action.

3.2 The contractor shall remove 10’X5’ projection screen from south side of the conference room and repair the opening in the wall.

3.3 The contractor shall paint:

3.3.1 The entrance doors (double doors 36” each) into the foyer.

3.3.2 All four walls in the foyer (11’X9’ walls with a 9’ ceiling).

3.3.3 The entrance doors (double doors 36” each) into Conference Room #1 Rm2204.

3.3.4 All four walls in Conference Room #1 RM# 2204 (30’X18’ with an 8’ ceiling).

3.3.5 The entrance door into Rm# 2400 (single 32” wide door).

3.4 The contractor shall provide all paint/painting materials and equipment required to complete tasks in this SOW.
