The contractor must provide commercial-grade propane to fill Government-owned tanks at Naval Base Coronado, Naval Outlying Landing Field Imperial Beach, SERE Camp (Cleveland National Forest), Camp Michael Monsoor, Camp Morena, and San Clemente Island. The contract requires quarterly deliveries to five locations and monthly deliveries to San Clemente Island, with an estimated annual total of 54,600 gallons. Compensation is based on actual gallons delivered and accepted. The contractor must be capable of emergency deliveries within 24 hours of notification and shall fill designated tanks to safe fill capacity unless otherwise directed. All deliveries must occur during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 0600–1600 PST) excluding Federal holidays, with prior approval required for outside-hours work. The contractor shall submit invoices electronically via the Wide Area Workflow system within five business days of delivery and provide digital copies to specified Government points of contact. All contractor personnel must obtain and maintain Defense Biometric Identification System credentials at the contractor's expense. The Period of Performance spans five years: a base year from 11 March 2026 to 10 March 2027, followed by four option years through 10 March 2031. This is associated with a pre-solicitation market survey (Solicitation Number N00244-26-Q-S027) issued by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego, Department of the Navy.
