About this file

The document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Land Survey and Tree Trimming Project issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the Cleveland QDB in Broadview Heights, Ohio. The market survey seeks to identify capable sources, with a potential small business set-aside, for a project involving land survey and tree trimming services with an estimated cost under $50,000 and a performance period of approximately 10 days.

Key project requirements include conducting an official land survey to mark property lines, trimming trees to a maximum height of 30 feet (or below the facility's radar system), and removing or chipping debris under a licensed arborist's supervision. Interested vendors must submit responses by April 15 at 5:00 PM EDT, including company details, business size status, SAM registration, a 3-page capability statement, and applicable certification documents. The NAICS code for the project is 561730, and the FAA will use the responses to determine the procurement method, potentially conducting a full and open competition if insufficient small business responses are received.
