About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for Pre-Built Composite Tool Kits for the United States Air Force at Andersen AFB, Guam. The procurement involves four distinct pre-built kits, each containing specialized tools for composite and metal repair, including air-powered drill motors, router motors, grinders, sanders, cutting tools, and diagnostic equipment. The kits must be ruggedized, multi-material compatible, and comply with FAA, ASTM, MIL-STD, and ISO standards for aerospace structural repairs.
The SOW specifies comprehensive kit contents, with each kit containing unique tool configurations for different repair scenarios, such as inspection tools, cutting implements, sanding equipment, and leak detection accessories. The kits are intended for metal fabrication shops across the Air Force, supporting both training and real-world mission requirements. Delivery specifications include ruggedized transport cases with serialized inventory lists, and the contractor must provide technical manuals, calibration certificates, and maintenance logs. The project will operate during standard business hours (0730-1630, Monday-Friday), with the contractor required to maintain responsive communication and be liable for any equipment damages or replacement needs.
