For example, a user who wants to track new standards around nanotechnology could set an alert and be notified as new documents related to this field are published.
· Watch Lists (Document List Management) – includes ability for users to create Watch Lists of documents for individual or project team access. Users can create as many “named” Watch Lists as needed. Documents on a Watch List can be maintained at a specific version, or they can be updated to the most current version. Users can manage access to their Watch Lists, i.e., determine other internal/external users and/or subaccounts that can have notify, view and/or edit rights. Documents on Watch Lists can be automatically tracked, and Alerts sent out when changes occur.

· Context-sensitive help
· Counterfeits pose a real and present danger. Just one counterfeit incident poses risk, ranging from costly halts in production and sales of defective parts, to loss of customer trust and could result in potential redesign. Counterfeit or sub-standard parts, electronic or otherwise, are a serious and growing threat. Some industry sources say that up to 10 percent of technology products worldwide are counterfeit, while the Bureau of Industry & Security of the US Department of Commerce has reported a rise in counterfeit incidents sequentially each of the past four years.
