Statement of Work

For

Oxygen Analyzer

20 March 2024

I. Background:

The Air Force Petroleum Agency’s Aerospace Fuels Laboratory located at Kadena Air Base is seeking to purchase two (2) Oxygen Analyzer systems to determine oxygen purity of aviation breathing oxygen as well as trace analysis of gaseous samples via methods CGA G-4.3-2018 and CGA G-7.1-2018, respectively.

II. Minimum Technical Requirements:

The following is a list of requirements for an Oxygen Analyzer:

a. The Oxygen Analyzer shall:

i. Perform oxygen purity within the range of 0-100% with an accuracy of +/-

0.1%.

ii. Have no internal pump for flow.

iii. Have a sample inlet connection of ¼”.

iv. The capability to calibrate the high end with pure (100%) oxygen and a low end using pure inert gas such as nitrogen (N2).

v. Operate on power requirements of 110-120 V, 60 Hz.

vi. Be a benchtop not to exceed 400 mm (H) x 240 (W) x 350 (D)

b. Be delivered to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH within 12 weeks of contract award.

c. Be supplied with manuals (paper and electronic) for installation/setup and operation.

III. Training:

Training is not required.

IV. Installation:

Installation is not required.

V. Maintenance/Service:

Maintenance/service is not required.

VII. Lead Time:

We require this item by the earliest possible delivery date to not exceed 12 weeks after receipt of award.

VIII. Warranty:

Free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal and proper use in accordance with user manual, for the period of one year after receipt.
