About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for laboratory linearity testing services at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The SOW outlines the tasks and responsibilities of the successful offeror to provide linearity testing that conforms to Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) and covers all areas in clinical and anatomic pathology.
The vendor must offer linearity test programs that allow the laboratory to compare its performance with peer groups, ensure timely delivery of surveys in good condition, provide technical support, and offer a competency assessment hub to manage the competency of laboratory testing personnel. The competency program must cover all VA Long Beach laboratory disciplines and the six CLIA elements of competency assessment. The vendor must provide reports on the linearity testing results to the VA National Enforcement Office.
This SOW is related to a pre-solicitation notice for a federal contract opportunity, RFI #36C26225Q0033, for laboratory linearity testing services at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The government is seeking qualified sources, including small businesses, to provide these services. Responses to the RFI should include company information, size status, and pricing for market research purposes.
