About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an IP license for the LEON3/GRLIB FPGA from Frontgrade/Gaisler. The SOW states that the LEMS A3DI project at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) requires the IP license in order to create a reliable processor on the FPGA and load/run the LEMS flight software. The contractor shall provide the IP license including 2 years of maintenance support, with a 4-week delivery period after the procurement award.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for this IP license requirement. NASA/NSSC intends to award a sole source contract to Frontgrade/Gaisler under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) since they are the manufacturer and sole source provider. The procurement will use FAR Part 12 and 13 for commercial items and services. Interested parties may submit capability statements by 11/25/2024 to potentially compete the requirement. The NAICS code is 541512.
