About this file
This document outlines requirements for a room temperature terahertz camera and associated hardware. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to INO (Institut National d'Optique) to procure an INO THz camera and associated hardware. The camera must have sensitivity, dynamic range, and pixel yield characterized over the wavelength range of 1.89 to 4.25 THz, with broader wavelength characterization desirable. Performance metrics must meet or exceed those defined in Reference 1, Tables 2 and 3. The period of performance is 12 weeks from award of the procurement. Interested parties may submit capabilities for consideration until January 16, 2024 to determine whether competition is warranted.
