The acquisition is for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, and the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) and 41 USC 1901. However, any business that believes it can provide the required product may submit a capabilities statement or quotation for consideration by the Government.
