The scope of work encompasses waste identification and classification in accordance with EPA, DOT, and OSHA regulations; collection and packaging with proper segregation and leak prevention; transportation using licensed, insured, DOT-compliant vehicles with chain-of-custody documentation; treatment and disposal at licensed and permitted facilities using approved methods such as incineration or neutralization; and comprehensive documentation including manifests and certificates of disposal.
