About this file
This statement of work describes requirements for twenty-four weather-resistant pan and tilt integrated high definition range camera systems. The camera systems must have a 1/2.8 type Exmor CMOS sensor with a minimum resolution of 2.13 megapixels and HD-SDI output. Additional requirements include a minimum 30X optical zoom, 12X digital zoom, 59-59 degree viewing angle, 180 degree elevation and 435 degree azimuth movement range, and IP67 environmental rating. The pan and tilt positioner must have a payload capacity of up to 75 pounds, 650 mAmp standby power draw, 180 degree elevation range, and 0.01 degree incremental movement and position feedback resolution.
The solicitation seeks twenty-four of the specified camera systems, twenty-four power supplies, twenty-four base cables, five controller joysticks, and twenty-four power cables. Delivery is required within four weeks of contract award to Aberdeen Test Center. The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command is listed as the contracting agency.

Pan, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ) Integrated High Definition Range Camera Systems
Requirement Description and Details
1. General Description:
This contract will cover the purchase and delivery of (24) Pan and Tilt (MPT-50) integrated range camera systems capable of providing high definition imagery and remote control. The camera systems will directly support test ranges at Aberdeen Test Center (ATC).
2. Background:
ATC requires the purchase of (24) weather-resistant Pan and Tilt (MPT-50) integrated range camera systems capable of high-definition serial digital interface (HD-SDI), 30X optical zoom, 2- 59 degree viewing angle, and 180 degree elevation & 435 degree azimuth movement. This camera system is instrumental and required for documenting and analyzing unique RDT&E test events at ATC. To sustain high resolution imaging support for RDT&E testing and meet mission requirements, acquisition of the stated equipment is essential for the replacement of the ATC’s existing obsolete range camera infrastructure.
