The work described herein is mandated by the specific Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs) referenced in Appendix A of this SOW. The maintenance is essential for ensuring the continued operational safety, certification, material readiness, and full functional integrity of these critical systems. All work must be executed with the highest level of precision, quality control, and strict adherence to all specified naval procedures and safety standards, including work performed under the Re-Entry Control (REC) program where applicable.

2.0 General Scope of Work

The Contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel, supervision, calibrated tools, approved materials, test equipment, and transportation to perform the full scope of maintenance requirements as detailed in this Statement of Work (SOW) and its appendices. The work includes, but is not limited to, inspection, cleaning, testing, calibration, lubrication, preservation, and replacement of components on one breathing air and gas compressor.

Corrective Maintenance and Repairs: In the event that additional repairs are identified during the performance of scheduled maintenance, the Contractor shall notify the Government Point of Contact (POC) and provide a separate, itemized, firm-fixed-price quotation detailing the required repairs, associated labor, replacement parts, materials, and any additional costs. The Contractor shall not proceed with any repairs outside the scope of scheduled maintenance without prior written authorization from the Government Point of Contact.

All approved repairs shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and applicable safety standards.
