During the Service Period, the Contractor shall provide pumping, hauling, and lawful disposal of black water and gray water from the frac tank as required. All waste must be transported and disposed of at a licensed and authorized disposal facility in compliance with applicable environmental regulations. Upon expiration of the Service Period, the Contractor shall remove and transport the frac tank within three business days unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Government reserves the right to request additional pump-out services and/or an extension of the frac tank rental period at the rates established under the contract.
