About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a NASA requirement for a SVC Field Portable Spectroradiometer. The SOW provides detailed specifications for the spectroradiometer, including the spectral range, resolution, detectors, field of view, and physical characteristics. It lists the standard equipment to be provided, including a rugged smartphone, software, and accessories. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 weeks after receipt of order.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice indicating that NASA intends to award a sole-source contract to Spectra Vista Corporation for the spectroradiometer, as the manufacturer is the only source compatible with existing NASA instruments. The procurement will be conducted under FAR Part 12 for commercial items. Responses to this notice to determine if the requirement should be competed are due by September 6, 2024.
