MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

FROM: 633 LRS

SUBJECT: Statement of Work

1. Purpose: This statement of requirements defines the requirements for Big A Fans for Distribution Flight of the 633rd Logistics Readiness Squadron. Ceiling fan to be installed in the Outbound Cargo section of the bldg. 330 warehouse to improve Quality of Life for personnel.

2. Requirements: The items listed below are required to meet the needs of the installation of the fan. We want the exact make and model numbers that we requested. The panels are FPE and circuit breakers will be required. Both fans will be required to be connected to the fire suppression system. We require them to work from 0800-1600, to ensure a military member is there at all times. Whomever does the install is required to clean up after themselves. The deadline for this job to be complete is 31 August 2024
