Liquid Nitrogen Relief Valve Vent

Scope of Work:

The vendor shall provide the labor, material, components, and equipment required to fabricate and install a new relief valve vent line header as noted below:

1) Replace TSV-11, TSV-12, TSV-14 & TSV-15 Relief Valves

a. Replaced with REGO Part #PRV29434TP150, install with REGO “candy cane” riser tube per manufacturer recommendations

2) Install REGO pipe away adapters onto the outlet of the new relief valves

3) Fabricate and install 3/4” tubing from all 4 Relief Valve outlets to a common vent line header installed in the ceiling.

4) Fabricate and install 2” Pipe header and route to exterior of building

a. Wall penetration to be performed by others.

b. Piping to be supported by Unistrut and allthread.

Delivery (relief valve): 8-10 weeks
