About this file
This statement of work describes requirements for procuring a wavefront sensor to support exoplanet spectroscopy laboratory demonstrations. The wavefront sensor must be able to measure beams with numerical apertures greater than 0.5 at both collimated and converging locations, have an aperture greater than 8mm by 8mm, spatial resolution above 25 microns, and wavefront resolution below 2nm. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 80NSSC237966 for a SID4 SWIR-HR wavefront sensor from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center. No period of performance or place of performance details are provided in the statement of work.

STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Objective/Requirements The exoplanet spectroscopy (ExoSpec) laboratory demonstrations require insitu characterization of different optical elements at different beam sizes and locations. To achieve this goal, we require a wavefront sensor that can measure wavefront at collimated as well converging beam location. The objective of this work is to procure such a wavefront sensor.
2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs
The wavefront sensor shall be able to measure beam with NA>0.5 Wavelength – Visible Aperture > 8mmx 8mm Spatial resolution > 25 microns Wavefront Resolution < 2nm
3. Place of Performance
NA
4. Period of Performance
NA
