The Gabrielson Lab was built in the late 1960's and the HVAC system was renovated in the mid 1990's and again in 2018, with the replacement of the chiller, boilers, air handler coils, and other miscellaneous equipment, under an energy savings contract. Other components of the system are at or beyond their expected life cycle, therefore a service contract is necessary to continue replacement of additional equipment and perform other needed repairs.
