The service provider shall maintain emergency on-call repair capabilities with a response time within 48 hours, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, and restoration of system functionality using only original Oerlikon Metco parts. The contract term is structured as one base year with four optional renewal years. Service documentation requirements include detailed post-visit reports, maintenance logbooks, and annual summary reports. The SOW excludes operator routine maintenance, consumable materials (powders and gases), and system modifications or upgrades not covered under the contract, which would be separately quoted.
