Statement of Work (SOW):

Project Title:

Repair Programming Issue and Train Personnel for Administrator Access to CCURE 9000 System at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Office in Rawlins, Wyoming Project Overview:

This project involves repairing a programming issue within the CCURE 9000 system at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) office in Rawlins, Wyoming, and providing training to BLM personnel. The goal is to enable multiple administrators to lock the doors and program card reader key cards. Currently, only one individual has the ability to perform these tasks. The system is standalone and not connected to a network.

Scope of Work:

1. Repair the Programming Issue:

· Diagnose and repair the programming issue in the CCURE 9000 system that currently limits access to only one administrator for locking doors and programming key cards.

· Ensure the system is fully functional, and multiple administrators can access and use the required features.

2. Training for BLM Personnel:

· Provide hands-on training for designated BLM personnel on how to add and manage administrators within the CCURE 9000 system.

· Demonstrate how to lock doors and program card reader key cards as an administrator.

· Ensure all trained personnel can effectively operate the system, with a focus on ease of use and security best practices.

3. System Overview and Documentation:

· Provide a comprehensive system overview, including security settings, protocols, and proper operational procedures.

Deliverables:

· A repaired and fully functional CCURE 9000 system that allows multiple administrators.

· A completed training session for BLM personnel on system use and administrator management.

Equipment and Labor:

· The contractor will provide all necessary tools, equipment, and labor to complete the repair and training.

· The labor includes a technician or specialists with experience in CCURE 9000 systems.

Acceptance Criteria:

· The CCURE 9000 system is functioning as intended, with the ability for multiple administrators to lock doors and program card readers.

· BLM personnel are successfully trained on system operations and can independently manage administrator access and key card programming.

Payment Terms:

Payment will be made in a Lump Sum once all work is accepted.
