The following standards will be applied to this project in regards to equipment selection and labor procedure:

· HVAC systems will carry a minimum 10 year parts warranty from the manufacturer. The contractor will warranty their labor for 5 years
· Contractor will provide a 5 year service agreement for maintenance of all new equipment. Service agreement will allow for 2 services a year for 5 years. Service agreement will cover the indoor units, outdoor units, filtration systems, steam humidifiers and UV lights (not bulbs).
· Contractor will provide a steam humidifier for each system. Humidifier will be properly sized to the area it is to accommodate by the contractor prior to submitting their bid. Contractor will work with Contracting Officers Representative (COR) to determine the most efficient and least obtrusive location for install.
