Statement of Work

Project

Chillers 100, 200, 300, and 500, eddy current testing at Seattle ARTCC Location

This project is located at the Seattle Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located at 3101 Auburn Way S., Auburn, WA 98092.

General

This project is performing tube cleaning and eddy current testing on 4 chilled water chiller systems, condenser tubes only. Provide report on health of the chiller systems.

Execution of Work at Seattle ATCT The Contractor shall perform his work so as not to interrupt or interfere with the normal business at the Seattle ARTCC.

The Contractor and any Subcontractors shall maintain the job site in a neat and orderly condition; this includes the daily removal of rubbish, waste and tools, equipment, and materials not required for the work in progress.

Scope of Project

Furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, transportation, and services to perform the following items of work.

a) Eddy current testing on the condenser tubes for 4 Trane CVHE032FA1 Chillers (CH100 S/N: L92E13555, CH200 S/N: L18M05360, CH300 S/N: L18M05361 and CH500 S/N: L92F13965).

b) Condenser tube cleaning.

Submittals

The contractor shall submit the following materials to the AF Representative for his approval prior to installation.

· Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all materials to be used during project.

Deliveries or Performance

Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work: The Contractor shall be required to (a) Commence work under this contract upon coordination with Ken Phipps after the Contractor receives the award, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of award. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.

Work Schedule

All work shall be scheduled and performed at the designated times coordinated with Brian Flott. All work shall be performed so that normal ATCT operation may continue with a minimum of disruption or interference.

Security Requirements

The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Government.

Access to Site
