About this file

This is a Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for a DISA mandate to migrate current T1 PSNET circuits to Ethernet via DISA Storefront before contract termination on 8 September 2025. The contractor is required to perform comprehensive network conversion and migration activities across multiple sites in Hawaii, including Kahuku, Mt. Kaala, Aliamanu, Fort Shafter, Schofield, WAAF IOC, TAMC, and Coop locations. Key responsibilities include reviewing purchase orders, tracking shipping, inventorying equipment, coordinating cutover plans, reporting site outages, reconfiguring network infrastructure, upgrading firmware, performing link testing, and updating network documentation.

The Government will provide project support by offering a Point of Contact, base access, required Ethernet circuits, physical installation space, operational circuits to connect to the Zone 3 Master Site, and dedicated electrical circuits. The contractor must also turn over all core equipment removed from the Zone 3 master site to IP2LMR for property book accountability. The technical scope involves comprehensive network reconfigurations, including updating core routers, dispatch site routers, backhaul switches, firewalls, and gateways, with specific requirements for cybersecurity hardening, firmware upgrades, and ensuring end-to-end connectivity across the specified sites.
