About this file

This statement of work outlines requirements for a design-build project to provide electrical power infrastructure upgrades at a U.S. Army facility. The project scope involves designing and installing new conduit, wiring, and 400-amp disconnect switches to deliver 480-volt 3-phase power from existing sources in an adjacent test cell to three new AV900 devices located in the basement of Building 212. The contractor must submit stamped electrical design drawings, equipment cut sheets and submittals, as-built drawings and documentation, and arc flash ratings and signage. The response should provide a cost breakdown by labor hours and rates, direct material costs, design costs, and arc flash safety materials. Successful completion requires testing circuits end-to-end and providing test reports. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the U.S. Army Materiel Command seeking proposals to complete the AV900 power supply infrastructure project described in the statement of work.
