About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details preventative maintenance requirements for air compressors at Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, Connecticut. The 103rd Maintenance Group requires a qualified vendor to perform maintenance on two specific pieces of equipment located in Building 25: a Powerex Breathing Air Compressor (Model SEH3007E0AJ) and a Hankinson Breathing Air Dryer Unit (Model 95CBA).
The maintenance tasks include comprehensive service for the Powerex compressor, such as replacing one scroll pump, servicing five remaining pumps, checking pulley alignment and rotation, replacing belts and check valves, replacing pump tip seals, greasing pumps, verifying electrical specifications, checking for leaks, and adjusting system pressure. An additional requirement is to wire an inline audible alarm on the Hankinson air dryer supply side. The document also outlines strict security and access procedures, including background checks, identity verification, and mandatory AT Level I awareness training for contractor personnel accessing the National Guard installation.
