About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the 10 Space Operations Squadron (10 SOPS) detailing requirements for replacement Telemetry, Tracking, and Commanding (TT&C) equipment. The 10 SOPS operates satellite communication networks including FLTSATCOM, UHF Follow-On, and Multi User Objective System satellite constellations, and requires new equipment to replace end-of-life systems across locations in Point Mugu, CA, Schriever AFB, CO, and Prospect Harbor, ME.
The SOW specifies a comprehensive equipment replacement package consisting of 13 specific hardware components, including RTL-quantumRadio variants, digitizers, servers, cryptography devices, and a KG-255XJ unit. The new equipment will be deployed in a test environment for TT&C modeling, simulation, software development, interface testing, and firmware compatibility verification. The contractor is required to provide the specified hardware, software, one-year maintenance support, updated interface control documents and manuals, and deliver the equipment to the 10 Space Operations Squadron at 661 13th Street, Building 375, Point Mugu, CA 93042.

10 SOPS KRATOS TT&C equipment
TASK DESCRIPTION
1.0 Background
10SOPS is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Fleet Satellite Communications (FLTSATCOM), Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) Follow-On (UFO) and Multi User Objective System (MUOS) satellite constellations. 10SOPS TT&C string equipment are end of life and will no longer be supported. A replacement TT&C equipment is required for all 10SOPS strings.
2.0 Requirements
10SOPS operates 24x7x365 in support of Satellite Operations and is located at Point Mugu, CA Schriever AFB, CO and Prospect Harbor, ME. In support of Satellite control, 10SOPS uses multiple TT&C strings to collect telemetry data from various satellites and transmit commands to ensure satellite health and safety. 10 SOPS current TT&C equipment are at end of life and are no longer supported for maintenance and require replacement. 10SOPS is procuring equipment to replace a single string of TT&C hardware configuration. The new equipment will be set up in a test environment to be used for TT&C modeling and simulation, software development, interface testing of OS Comet software applications, and to ensure firmware and driver compatibility for automation.
