About this file
This statement of work outlines requirements for a financial data access solution. The National Institute of Standards and Technology's CHIPS Program Office requires access to corporate financial data and research on public and private companies to evaluate grant and loan applicants. The solution must provide a single source of financial information for both public and private entities. It should integrate fully with Microsoft Excel through a plugin to access data fields such as revenue, EBITDA, earnings per share, and analyst estimates directly within worksheets. The solution must also include equity research reports, industry analysis, and financial models. The initial license is for 20 users over a 12-month base period with an option to increase to 40 users for an additional 12 months. The contractor will provide the solution at their own location.
