The related federal contract opportunity is a Pre-Solicitation for a Mobile Gaming Trailer, which is being used for market research to potentially procure the trailers through a competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside contract. This is not a Request for Proposal, and no contract will be awarded based on this market research. The government is interested in responses from Large Businesses, Small Businesses, 8(a)s, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses. Interested parties should provide company information, business size, small business status, teaming arrangements, and any recommendations or concerns by June 20, 2024.

Statement of Requirement (SOR)

1. General Information

New Requirement for two (2) gaming trailers to support the 22nd RRB Mobile Events Team at high schools, colleges, and high attendance recruiting events. The gaming trailers will allow for an exciting gaming experience for multiple people on the outside of the trailers and a comfortable workspace to conduct meetings with potential applicants and recruits on the inside. These climate-controlled trailers will be fully wrapped enabling additional advertising opportunities while parked. A single awning will cover gaming consoles connected to two exterior televisions. The televisions will be recessed on one side of the trailer allowing for lockable doors to protect the electronics from weather an theft.

1.1. CLIN 0001: Qty 2, Gaming Trailers

Specifications:

· Climate controlled interior must have heat and air conditioner.

· Electric retractable awning on the television side of the trailer extending from the front to the rear of the trailer covering both television gaming areas, with the ability to extend from the trailer at least ten (10) feet.

· Two smart televisions 50” minimum on the exterior of the trailer under the retractable awning, lined side by side with individual surround sound.

· Each trailer must have One (1) Xbox Series One X and one (1) Playstation 5 with four (4) controllers per console and two (2) controller charging docking stations.

· Gas/Electric Generator that has the ability to run 7500 watts – 9500 peak watts.

· Separate ventilated generator walk-in compartment to store the generator, any spare fuel, spare tire, and shelving space for boxes and promotional items.

· Black pleather couch to be utilized in the interior of the trailer, branded with a full color logo embroidered on the headrest (artwork in attachment).

· Hinged desk space, at standard countertop depth, on the interior to act as mobile office space with at least four (4) outlets.

· Two black pleather office chairs for desk area with matching embroidered logo on headrest.

· Venting to allow for storage outside with no cover that minimizes interior temperature.

· Complete full body trailer wrap design, production, and installation (artwork in attachment)

· Double axel trailers capable of supporting a minimum of 5,000 lbs.

2. Delivery, Inspection and Acceptance

2.2. At time of Delivery, scheduled training for the customer shall be provided for use of the products and trailer(s)

2.3. Inspection and acceptance will occur at time of delivery by a Government representative. A comprehensive bill of lading or delivery receipt shall accompany all deliverables that details, at minimum, all serial numbers associated with the requested trailer and internal equipment.

Warranty

All equipment shall have the standard manufacturer’s warranty. The Contractor shall warranty all items delivered and ensure all items are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Additionally, without charge, repair or replace any equipment found to be defective in material or workmanship provided said equipment has been operated within standard procedures and instructions and such defects are not due to abuse, misuse or Acts of God.

Documentation The contractor shall provide all owner’s manuals, service manuals and any other manufacturer documentation that accompanies the purchase of this item. If any equipment installed has its own service and owner’s manual these will also be provided by the contractor.
