GENERAL: Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC, Spinal Cord Injury and Disorder (SCI/D) Service, 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO, 80045, has a requirement for a power supply systems for six previously ordered Ergotron Workfit-C mobile carts with height adjustability and high-definition monitors for patients and Physicians to effectively review Xrays, MRIs, CTs, and lab results.
BACKGROUND: Patients treated within the SCI/D Center have various mobility devices, some of which can limit their ability to effectively view computer monitors, due to fixed manual or power wheelchair seating heights or seating positions. The computers, monitors, and adjustable workstations were all already ordered and are currently on-hand; however, the power supplies still need ordering—hence this equipment requirement.
PURPOSE: This equipment will supply the power necessary for six Ergotron Workfit-C mobile carts for the SCI/D Center’s Physiatrists (MDs) to review Xrays, MRIs, CTs, and lab results with physically impaired patients from the patient’s custom wheelchair height and viewing angle.
