The system must comply with IBC and ICC 300 standards with minimum 120 lbs/sq ft active live load capacity and specified sway load requirements. Installation must be executed by a factory-certified installer with formal structural and operational safety testing prior to government acceptance. Required delivery is 60 days after contract award to Building 5520 (POC: Mindy Whittington, 734-7866). The vendor is responsible for all removal and installation work and must provide comprehensive on-site operational and safety training to at least five designated staff members. A manufacturer's 5-year warranty and 24/7 technical support are required. An OPSEC review letter was signed by the current OPSEC manager and submitted to the Contracting Office.
