For direct shipments to locations other than the Lansing facility, vendors must submit signed packing slips and provide shipment notifications. Invoices should be submitted to Scott Barclay at the General Services Building address or via email. All electronic copies of materials must be provided in source software format with all revisions, fonts, and images included, along with PDF copies, and become property of the State of Michigan upon delivery.
