About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for Sikorsky Maintenance Service (SSN) equipment support provided by the Defense Health Agency. The document outlines the maintenance requirements for Sikorsky aircraft systems operated by the DHA, establishing performance standards, service delivery expectations, and technical specifications necessary for sustained operational readiness. The SOW specifies that the contractor shall provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, parts replacement, and technical support for Sikorsky platforms, with services required to be performed by certified technicians meeting military aviation maintenance standards. Key performance metrics include response times for maintenance requests, equipment availability requirements, and documentation standards for all maintenance activities.

The SOW establishes that all maintenance services must comply with Defense Health Agency operational directives and manufacturer specifications for Sikorsky equipment. The contractor is responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory, providing 24/7 technical support availability, and ensuring full traceability of all maintenance records through integrated logistics support systems. Services are to be delivered on a firm-fixed-price or time-and-materials basis depending on the specific maintenance requirement, with the contractor bearing responsibility for quality assurance and regulatory compliance throughout the service period. The statement emphasizes the critical nature of aircraft readiness to DHA operations and establishes that any service failures may result in operational impact penalties.
