This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the U.S. Army for the CSL Academic and Analytic Wargame Developer requirement, currently fulfilled under contract W91QF024P0031. The notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commit the government to contract. The anticipated total budget is $33.0M across two NAICS codes: 541430 (Graphic Design Services) at $9.0M and 611710 (Educational Support Services) at $24.0M. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached but not detailed in this document. The government is not accepting quotes, bids, or proposals at this time and will not pay for information or administrative costs submitted in response.

Interested firms should provide seven categories of information: (1) company identification details including DUNS number, CAGE code, and small business status; (2) prime contractor or subcontracting intentions; (3) relevant prior experience with similar requirements, including scope, complexity, and certifications; (4) commercial availability and pricing information including delivery schedules and warranties; (5) recommendations for structuring the contract to enhance small business competition; (6) identification of any conditions unnecessarily restricting competition; and (7) recommendations to improve the approach, specifications, or draft PWS. Potential offerors must monitor the Governmentwide Point of Entry for future solicitation releases, and non-response to this notice does not preclude participation in any subsequent competitive procurement.
