About this file

This is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) filed by the Florida Department of Education for Quartermaster Software services. The agency seeks Omnigo Software, LLC as the sole source provider for a comprehensive software migration and development project with a 12-month term. The scope of work includes migrating property inventory data from TraQ6 to TraQ7, developing a new Android-based mobile application to replace the legacy MC300 application, and creating custom integration functionality for data exchange between TraQ7 and the PALM system. The TraQ Asset Management solution will be hosted in Omnigo's cloud environment. The procurement was posted on 08/17/2026, with a deadline for prospective vendors to submit information regarding their capability to provide these services by 09/08/2026 at 09:30 AM. No formal bidder's conference or site visit is mentioned in the document.

The estimated dollar amount for this single source acquisition is $75,000.00. The justification for single source procurement is based on Omnigo Software, LLC's position as the sole owner, developer, and authorized provider of the Quartermaster asset management software and all proprietary customizations developed specifically for FDOE since 2004. Only Omnigo possesses the technical capability and authorization to perform the TraQ7 migration, develop the required Android application, implement PALM integration, and provide ongoing support services including Omnigo EverSure services, which encompass training, consulting, technical support, software maintenance, and product upgrades. The procurement was approved by Assistant Deputy Commissioner Lou Anne Standley and Deputy Commissioner of Technology and Innovation Andre Smith. Prospective vendors interested in contacting the agency should reach out to Latoya Crittenden at the Florida Department of Education.
