Single Source Purchase Document for Teacher Education and Compensation Helps (TEACH) Program

This is a single source purchase document issued by the Florida Department of Education and Children's Forum for the Teacher Education and Compensation Helps (TEACH) program. The procurement seeks a qualified vendor to provide services related to teacher education and compensation initiatives. Interested parties must submit a description of services they can provide by the response deadline of 12:00 P.M. on April 3, 2026. No formal bidding process is occurring; instead, qualified vendors will be contacted following submission review to discuss their proposed service offerings. The document does not specify site visits or bidder conferences, and no award date or contract term information is provided in the available materials.

The document does not contain detailed pricing terms, set-aside information, incumbent vendor details, or specific funding amounts and sources within the materials reviewed. As a single source procurement, this purchase bypasses competitive bidding procedures, indicating that the Florida Department of Education has determined that a specific vendor or service approach is uniquely suited to meet the TEACH program's requirements. Prospective vendors should contact the identified government representative to express interest and clarify specific service requirements, deliverables, and contractual terms prior to submission.
