About this file
This document contains a sole source justification for the federal contract opportunity "CASE MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE (CME) TRAINING PROGRAM SUPPORT" issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command. The justification cites the need for compatibility with existing systems as the rationale for limiting competition to the original source. It seeks to place a follow-on order for CME training program support services that are within scope, period of performance, and value of the initial order to the sole awardee. The justification also lists other allowable rationales including replacement parts for existing equipment and foreign military sales supported by a case letter.
