About this file
This document contains a draft statement of work, draft personnel qualifications, draft cybersecurity workforce requirements matrix, and market research questionnaire related to a future solicitation for synthetic signature generation trainers. The Naval Sea Systems Command Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division is seeking comments and questions on the draft documents in advance of a solicitation planned for later in 2021. Interested parties are asked to complete the market research questionnaire to provide information on their capabilities and interest in the requirement. Responses to the questionnaire are due by August 4, 2021 and will be used to finalize the acquisition strategy, including a potential small business set-aside. The work is currently performed by Leidos, Inc. under a contract set to expire.
The draft statement of work involves scientific, engineering, and technical services for the design, development, integration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of synthetic signature generation simulation systems. A period of performance of five years is planned consisting of one base period and four option years. Pricing is anticipated to include cost-plus-fixed-fee contract line items as well as cost-only items for other direct costs such as materials and travel.
